HRM offers 5 flexible service options customised to suit any requirement. Different elements of each of the five options can be specified in one tailored solution allowing you to mix and match those options that are the most appropriate.
This is a low risk alternative to the traditional permanent placement process. HRM Recruitment engages a candidate for an agreed period of time before then converting them to a Permanent employee of the Employer, subject to satisfactory performance. This trial period (normally ranging from 1 - 12 weeks) would allow the employer to assess the performance level and cultural fit of the candidate before moving to a more permanent arrangement. The solution allows the employer to "try before buy" .....
If an employer is looking for only part of the recruitment process to be performed at any one time, HRM Recruitment offer a flexible, customised solution for the employer's individual needs.
This service applies where Employers wish to engage one or more contractors for a period of time ranging from 1 day to 1 year and beyond. Normally contractors are paid an hourly or daily rate for their services, where HRM Recruitment are responsible for paying the contractor. HRM Recruitment can engage a contractor for the duration of the contract or as an alternative, the employer can take the contractor on direct and pay HRM Recruitment a finders fee commensurate to the duration of the contract.
Whereas once a premium service meant a premium fee, a lower cost structure and selective Partner program, enable HRM Recruitment to provide it's expertise at a cost significantly less than traditional recruitment agencies.
This service applies where an Employer may need to engage HRM Recruitment to manage an entire recruitment drive for multiple positions. Competitive discounts would apply for volume business and the Employer has the option of having the HRM Recruitment consultant on site for the entirety of this process.
